The Role:
As an SEN Secondary Teacher, you will:
- Deliver engaging, tailored lessons that meet the unique needs of each student.
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and other support staff to provide a holistic educational experience.
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages learning and personal development.
About You:
- Experienced in working with SEN students, especially those with complex needs.
- Patient, empathetic, and inspiring, with a knack for creative problem-solving.
- Qualified with QTS or equivalent, and a passion for making a difference.
