The Role:

As an SEN Secondary Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver engaging, tailored lessons that meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and other support staff to provide a holistic educational experience.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages learning and personal development.

About You:

  • Experienced in working with SEN students, especially those with complex needs.
  • Patient, empathetic, and inspiring, with a knack for creative problem-solving.
  • Qualified with QTS or equivalent, and a passion for making a difference.

To be eligible for this position, you are required to have the following:

  • Proactive attitude
  • Good work ethic
  • Hold Right to Work in the UK
  • Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
  • Provide references that can be contacted
