Here at Team Educate, we are currently recruiting for 3 SEMH teaching assistants to work in a fantastic ALN School in the Cardiff area, which specialises in SEMH needs. These job roles are long term positions which will run until July 2025, with a permanent contract on offer for the right candidates. The school fosters a positive and calm ethos, with the aim of creating a safe and peaceful place for the students to develop their skillset.

If you are a resilient, patient and compassionate teaching assistant with previous experience working in an SEMH setting and want to have the opportunity to make a positive impact on young people’s lives, this could be the perfect job for you. This role requires previous experience working 1:1 with students who have SEMH needs.
