Secondary Tutors required for full day tutoring at a fantastic Secondary Schools
Are you a flexible Secondary School Tutor? Are you a Supply Teacher who is interested in tutoring? Are you a retired Teacher looking for small group and 1:1 tutoring opportunities? If so, Team Educate want to hear from you!
We are seeking two Secondary Tutors for face to face tutoring at a Secondary School based in Newbury. One will be 5 days a week, 9:00 – 15:00 with an allocated lunch break, and the other is 5 days a week, mornings only from 09:00 – 12:00 – however this is negotiable. These will both be booked to start from the week commencing the 17th of January and will last for the rest of the academic year. This will be focusing on the three core subjects (English, Maths and Science) however the school are open to following the tutors specialist subjects.
The Tutor role:
- Full time tutor taking 1:1 lessons or small groups of 4-6 children at a time
- Guaranteed work 5 days a week until the end of the academic year
- A competitive pay rate of £90 – £100 per day
- Autonomy over 1:1 and small group work lessons
The Tutor will require:
- A hardworking attitude fantastic work ethic
- Experience teaching up to GCSE level
- The right to work in the UK
- A valid and Enhanced DBS check on the update service (or be willing to put one in process)
