Science Teacher Required for a SEN school in Bristol
Educate has been asked to recruit for a Science Teacher to work in a SEN School in East Bristol. The school are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Science Teacher to deliver lessons to KS3 and KS4 pupils on a full time basis.
This position is due to start as soon as possible and will be covering a teacher who is soon to be going off on maternity leave. There may be the possibility to shadow the current teacher until he leaves. Long term and medium plans will be left but these will need to be adapted accordingly.
The School is a Pupil Referral Unit and caters for both Primary and Secondary students. Experience of working in a PRU is desirable but not essential but the teacher will be required to have good behaviour management.
About the role:
- Position: Science Teacher
- Monday – Friday: (8.00 – 16:00)
- Pay rate: £95 – £140 per day
- Duration: Ongoing and could be until July 2021
- Teaching KS3 and KS4

To be eligible for this position, you are required to have the following:
- Hold Qualified Teachers Status, (QTS) or Degree equivalent
- Science Specialist
- Hold Right to Work in the UK
- Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
