Team Educate are seeking a creative Primary Supply Teacher to work in a selection of our partner Primary settings in the Solihull area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and structured lessons across the primary curriculum.
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively and create a positive learning environment.
  • Follow lesson plans and adapt to the needs of the class where necessary.
  • Provide feedback and report on student progress to the school when required.
  • Ensure the well-being and safety of all students under your supervision.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching in a primary school setting (applications from ECTs welcomed!)
  • Strong classroom management skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and build rapport with students and staff.
  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
