Teaching Assistant Required for a lovely school in Chepstow
Team Educate are looking for a Teaching Assistant to work as a general classroom based Teaching Assistant within a KS2 at a school in Chepstow. This is a full time role and would be working alongside an experienced teacher. The successful Teaching Assistant would have responsibility of small group work as well as occasionally working on a 1:1 basis, support children within the class.
Experience of working as a Teaching Assistant in schools is preferred and we are open to both qualified and unqualified staff. This is a full time position working 8.30 – 3.30 (Monday – Friday) and will be for the full academic year. Start date will be Monday 3rd January 2022
About the role:
- Pay Rate: £65 – £85
- Start Date: January 2022
- Times: Monday – Friday 8.30 until 15:30
- Location: Chepstow, Monmouthshire

To be eligible for this position, you are required to have the following:
- School / Tutor experience
- Good subject knowledge in Maths, English and Science
- Hold Right to Work in the UK
- Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
